I am Elissavet Gina Georgiadou, an educator, researcher, and filmmaker based in Thessaloniki, Greece. I hold a PhD in Educational Hypermedia from De Montfort University, UK, and an MA in Image Studies from the University of Kent, both funded by the Greek State Scholarships Foundation (IKY).

My foundational studies include Graphic Arts Technology at the Technical Institute of Athens, Photography at the Lykourgos Stavrakos School in Athens, Pedagogy in ASPAITE and Film Studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My research has been published in various academic books and journals and presented at international conferences. Professionally, I serve as laboratory teaching staff at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki's School of Journalism and Mass Communications, and as a tutor in Graphic Arts Technology at the Hellenic Open University's School of Applied Arts and Sustainable Design.

Beyond my academic work, I am actively involved in creative production, overseeing the entire process of documentary, short film and photography projects.
